"After going without a vehicle for a while, we needed to find insurance again. I had experience with State Farm when I was younger under my parents’ plan, but it always felt overpriced and under valued. Years ago, after an accident where I wasn’t at fault, I didn’t feel like my agent was particularly helpful, which left me handling most of the process on my own. Fast forward to 2025—we were purchasing a vehicle again and needed a quote. I decided to give State Farm another shot. Their website provided an initial quote but wouldn’t let me finalize it online, which made me skeptical. I assumed it was a bait-and-switch tactic and that the final price would be much higher once I called. However, after speaking with Camille, my experience completely changed. She went above and beyond to put together the quote, even troubleshooting technical issues on her end. She walked me through the details line by line and even provided a visual aid to help me better understand the coverage. After purchasing the car, I needed to update my lender and make some policy changes. Camille was just as helpful over email, quickly providing estimates and additional details. Insurance rates vary based on many factors, and everyone’s experience will differ, but State Farm was in my top three for affordability and easily number one for customer service. My experience this time around was good enough to make me reconsider my past impressions. If you’re shopping for insurance, I’d definitely recommend giving them a chance."

"Camille Brady has to be one of the best insurance agents I've worked with. Usually this stuff can be very confusing and complicated. Especially when you factor in, mortgage, renters, auto, life, etc.. Camille is very sweet and has a way of explaining things where anyone could understand it much easier than I have dealt with other insurance agents before. I also, get confursed, and sometimes may ask the same question twice or need to be re explained how a process works. Camille was so sweet and made sure not only I understood the plans and what they entail, but she just genuinely seems to want to figure out what's best for you. She is an absolute breath of fresh air. I called her so many times, actually over a long period. I appreciate her patience. She never minded re explaining or re answering questions. I have literally had other agents sigh at me in rude ways for saying something like sorry can you please explain that again? I've also worked with insurance agents in the past that are extremely push and seem like they just want to close the deal as fast as they can. You won't get that with Camille. I genuinely recommend anyone needing any type of insurance to get in touch with her and her team. Thank you Camille!"

"When I need fast results I always ask for Jackie. She is very courteous and dependable. My experience has always been great with State Farm.
